The City Mortgage Bank (Gorodskoy Ipotechny Bank), an affiliate of Morgan Stanley financial corporation, General Motors, TransTeleCom and Munich Reinsurance Company have become tenants of the Northern Tower business center in the Moscow-City.
Among other tenants are Raiffeisenbank, Hyundai Motor, agrochemical corporation Azot, Severstalavto, Torgoviy Kvartal.
Ludmila Omelchenko, General Director of ZAO Severnaya Bashnya, comments that around 70% of office premises have been leased. “We start marketing of the top floors of Northern Tower. We are certain that this offer would be attractive for companies that are in search for respectable and prestigious offices of premium class. The potential tenants will appreciate panoramic views of the city center and Moscow river”, notes Ludmila Omelchenko.
Innovative architectural solutions, excellent transport accessibility and multifunctional infrastructure are combined in the Northern Tower business center. The Third Ring Road passing by Northern Tower provides easy access to the business center from every part of Moscow. In addition, two new metro stations Delovoi Center and Mezhdunarodnaya offer convenient public access, as well.

Leading commercial real estate consultants Colliers International and Knight Frank are co-exclusive marketing and leasing agents of the Project.
