On the 21st of June, Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle will play a football match at the Moskvich stadium. The game will be the first official friendly between the two consultancy companies – part of the “Big Five”.
This is not the first time that Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle have faced one another across a football pitch. Friendly football matches, such as this one, have become something of a tradition among the “Big Five” real estate firms, which also includes CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International, and Сushman & Wakefield & Stiles & Ryabokobylko. Challenging your business competitor on a football pitch presents not only an unrivalled opportunity to show your team’s spirits – and hopefully fitness – but also to test the strengths of your opponent.
However, the stakes for this football game are even higher than usual. This match is the first one to be officially recognized by the respective companies, coming with an endorsement from both firms’ directors -– Kyrill Starodoubtsev of Knight Frank and Mark Jagger of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mr Starodoubtsev, General Director of Knight Frank Russia and CIS, is quick to advocate the importance of such games:

During the 90 minute match, spectators can expect some fierce competition as both teams will attempt to bend it like Beckham in order to take the trophy home with them.
