Knight Frank is announcing his intention to take part in MIPIM, the world’s premier real estate summit, which will be held 13th to 16th March, 2007 in Cannes, France.
Knight Frank will be more widely (to a larger scale) represented in MIPIM this year. Apart from a separate stand in Azur Pavilion right opposite the Moscow Government stand the company will sponsor the Russian Breakfast event. Within the framework of the event which has become a tradition for MIPIM, leading representatives of the business will take the floor. Andrey Zakrevsky, senior vice-president of Knight Frank Russia, will speak on current key trends of the Russian real estate market and the prospects of its further development.
Nagatino i-Land, the most interesting project in terms of industrial zone redevelopment, will be presented at the Moscow Government stand, where Knight Frank’s representatives, a general partner of the project, will work together with those of PC Moscow Business Incubator, a sole developer of Nagatino i-Land.
“Nagatino i-Land project has been presented in MIPIM for the first time last year. Today we show not only a fine and clever concept: Nagatino i-Land has gone a long way from a daring idea to the construction commenced. The ceremony of laying a memorable capsule into foundations of the first stage of Nagatino i-Land Moscow city technopark was held end of last year. Zero cycle construction is being completed to all eight buildings. Rate of the project being delivered speaks for itself: a landmark scheme will appear soon on the capital’s map, fit to be ranged among world known Canary Wharf and Silicone Valley.” Andrey Petrov says, Knight Frank’s partner.
Knight Frank Cafe will be arranged this year in MIPIM, which will become an alternative to cocktail party held annually on the roof of Noga Hilton hotel. Knight Frank Cafe will be to Knight Frank’s corporate style and will be located not far from Martinez Hotel in Croisette. Colleagues from Knight Frank Europe will do their best for the clients of the company, who will be served with beverages, drinks, breakfast and dinner at the Cafe during the four days of the summit. Besides, Knight Frank’ auto car will ply between the cafe and Palais des Festivals. The auto car will be an open one intended for those who play golf.
