Knight Frank was chosen to be the consultant of the Imperia Tower

Knight Frank will act as a consultant of one of the most significant developments in the MIBC Moscow-City site, the Imperia Tower, a multifunctional complex developed by MosCityGroup.

Knight Frank has been appointed as an exclusive leasing agent of the office premises offered as part of the project.

The Imperia Tower complex is currently under construction on the Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment in one of the most prestigious districts of Moscow. Advantages offered in the MIBC Moscow-City district include a unified development concept, well-developed infrastructure that enables to bring large-scale commercial and residential real estate projects together in one location.

A futuristic glassy building of the Imperia Tower located in the first line of the MIBC Moscow-City is an aerial ellipsoidal 60-storey skyscraper. The highlight of the project will be the biggest aquapark in Moscow with the area of 80,000 sq m.

Having its own part of the embankment together with a quay provide excellent road and marine transport accessibility.

Excellent transport accessibility of the Imperia Tower is ensured by quick access to the Third Transport Ring, Kutuzovsky Avenue, and to Garden Ring, Novy Arbat and Krasnaya Presnya. The complex is within a 5 minutes walking distance from Delovoy Tsentr and Mezhdunarodnaya metro stations.

The total project area including infrastructure facilities will amount to 300,000 sq m.”

The architectural concept of the Imperia Tower is developed in cooperation with NNBJ Bureau (USA). Enka is the general contractor of the project.

The Imperia Tower construction is planned to be completed in Q4 2009.
