OAO Polishelk and Knight Frank have announced the completion of the first phase of Riga Land Business Park.
The development of Riga Land business park is still taking place on Novorizhskoe Highway. The total construction area, including infrastructure, is 120,000 sq m. The first phase of the park will be commissioned in December 2007.
Riga Land is located in one of the most prestigious out-of-town areas, Novorizhskoe Highway, 7 km from the MKAD. The proximity to one of the main highways, the building up of the new transport intersection together with the opening of the new Strogino underground station in December 2007 provide excellent transport accessibility.
While the construction works of the first phase of the park are about to finish, the works on the second phase are continuing. Apart from office premises the site will also offer a hotel, congress centre, banking branch, shops, restaurants, cafes and a fitness center. Underground and multilevel covered parking spaces will create maximum comfort throughout all seasons of the year, while the surface parking spaces and the network of inner roads make the buildings easily accessible.
The development of Riga Land was undertaken by OAO Polishelk, which had successfully completed a number of office and industrial projects in the past. Knight Frank acted as exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
