Knight Frank and BEL Development have announced the opening of class A office centre in Samara

BEL Development, part of Base Element Group, has completed construction of class A office centre in Samara. The 12-storey BEL Plaza building is located in the heart of the city on Malogvardeiskaya Street 204 next to the regional administration. Among the participants of the official opening ceremony that took place at the end of October were: general director of BEL Development - Zhukov I.V., the president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Samara region – Fomichev V.P., chairman of Sberbank administration in the Volga region – Schurenkov V.V., consultants from Knight Frank’s specializing in the regions, and various other guests.

BEL Plaza is considered to be the first office centre in Samara that meets international standards. Among its other characteristics are: high quality construction, convenient location and well developed infrastructure. The tenants of the complex are large banks, leasing, consulting, insurance and telecommunications companies.

“The opening of BEL Plaza marks an important step not only for our company’s development and for Base Element, but also for Samara and the Samara region. The appearance of an office centre that satisfies all of the international standards also means that there are big businesses, such as insurance companies, investment funds, banks and the like, coming to the Samara region. This will inevitably lead to faster development of the business environment in the region.” – says Mr. Zhukov.

BEL Plaza is owned by Povolzhskiy Regional Centre (PRC). Its construction was financed by BEL Development and Sberbank branch in the Volga region. Knight Frank is acting as the leasing agent.

Top floors offer amazing panoramic views over the Volga river.

Among the tenants of the building are: ZAO Troika Dialog, OAO MDM-Bank, KB Moskommertsbank, OSAO Ingosstrakh, OOO Gruppa Rennesans Strakhovanie, Renaissance Capital, OOO MARS, OOO STsS Sovintel, ZAO Samara Telecom, OOO Rosinter Restaurants Samara, OOO Deutsche Leasing Vostok, OOO Konvest, OOO Maxwell Asset Management, OAO Samara Avtomost, OOO Finansovaya Kompaniya Intellekt Kapital, OOO City Yacht Club. Most of the premises are under long-term lease.
