From the 1st of October 2007 Knight Frank is opening sales of Business Class apartments and offices in multifunctional complex Galereya, on Krymsky shore in the town of Alushta.

The complex is located in the city centre, next to parking zone. Residential site will offer 151 flats with average prices ranging from $2,200 to $3,000 per sq m. At the top of the building, on the upper floors, there are 5 penthouses of over 200 sq m each.
Apart from residential and office premises the complex contains 96 parking places, a 8,000 sq m retail site, and fitness centre. At present, works being done on construction of piled field on the territory. Knight Frank participated as a consultant of the project development and is its exclusive sales and marketing agent.
