The company Knight Frank has entered into a contract with Nova-Group Development on development services for an optimal structure of management of the Tikhvin Club House and subsequent control over the introduction of developed technologies of management and operation of the facility.
Nova-Group Development is part of the Forum-Group holding, one of the leaders in the construction market in Yekaterinburg. The company is engaged in all stages of project implementation, from developing concepts and organising investment activity, to construction management and the running of finished objects
The Tikhvin Club House is a residential area situated in the very centre of the city. The object is one of the key components in the developing a trade-business neighbourhood in the centre of Yekaterinburg, the construction of which is currently being carried out by the Forum-Group holding.
Tikhvin is made up of five residential blocks connected by a trade gallery. The Tikhvin Gallery brings together into a single concept the Tikhvin restaurant, a spa-salon, fitness club, and also boutiques of the famous European brands Frey Wille, Boxster, Vertu, Versace, Bally, Casadei and Fendi Casa. The project is one-of-a-kind in Yekaterinburg thanks to its combination of location, quality of construction, and the well thought-out concept of the complex.
Knight Frank will be providing services for the development of both an optimal structure for the management of the site and the standards and procedural rules for services’ provision, and also will supervise the introduction of developed technologies of management and operation.
As part of the work, an audit and evaluation will be carried out of the existing structure of the operational services, developed policies and procedures for operation and management of the facility.
According to Peter Anderson, Director Asset Solutions Russia/CIS of Knight Frank, the regions represent one of the most promising segments of the real estate market. The company is especially interested in introducing international technologies and standards of property management to this new market - Yekaterinburg. “This is one of our first steps in the regional market; at the present time all the conditions are right for the Tikhvin Club House becoming the reference point in terms of quality of property management in the regions,” commented Mr. Anderson.
