A new shopping and leisure center «360» is being constructed in Cherepovets. Exclusive consultant of the project is an international consulting company Knight Frank.

On the 20th of March on the site of the future shopping center, situated on the intersection of Oktyabrsky prospect and Raahe street in Cherepovets, an official ceremony of laying the first stone in the foundation of a new center was held. In the ceremony took part representatives of the developers company “Grand House”, federal and local government (Vorobiev U. L.), representative of the legislative assembly of the Vologodskaya region in Federation Council, the head of the Architecture and city planning Department in Cherepovets (Avseikov A.S.), and other officials. Knight Frank Company was represented by Head of the Retail, Julia Dalnova, and manager of the project Maksim Kazakov.

Anchor tenants of the shopping center «360» will include grocery hypermarket, home appliances stores, sports and baby-goods store, multiplex, children leisure center, restaurant patio and ice rink. A parking place is reserved for 1000 cars. The developers company “Grand Haus” will also increase the value of the territory neighboring to the shopping center, by developing a public garden of total 1.5 ha area.

The total area of the center makes more that 40 000 sq. m. The final opening is planed to be in the second quarter of the year 2009. The other companies, participating in the project, are Savant, PENTA-TEK Construction and Installation Ltd., «CherepovetsSpetsStroy» and others.
