It is the third time the CRE 100 rating paid attention to the achievements of Knight Frank on the commercial property market.
In the sphere of property management Dmitry Filin, director of PM department at Knight Frank, ranked No. 2. Moreover, it is the first time Dmitry is nominated on this year’s list.
During the last year Dmitry Filin finalized deal on the following projects: the Chinese business centre “ Park Huamin” (Moscow), the multifunctional center Transport Terminal in ‘Moscow City’, the community and business centre “Nevskaya Ratusha” (St. Petersburg), and an office tower for the Bank of St. Petersburg. In 2008 Dmitry was developing a new prospective area in consulting business. According to Dmitry Filin, his strong side is a desire to develop himself constantly. Among his weak points he mentions his inability to give unreal promises to clients and spruce up the reality.
The Chairman of the board of directors at Knight Frank Kirill Starodoubtsev has been nominated in the CRE 100 rating for the third consecutive year. In the words of Kirill Starodoubtsev, his main achievement in 2008 was the development of a project to preserve business efficiency and a revision of business tactics. In the last year the main achievement of Knight Frank was participation in developing an architectural concept for the “Okhta-Centre” community - business complex in St. Petersburg. If the project goes well, Knight Frank will have a good chance to keep the leading position and show its influence on RE market in 2010.
