Knight Frank strengthens positions in the warehouse segment

Knight Frank Russia and CIS has appointed new managers of its Land and Industrial Warehousing Department.

Evgeniy Tynyanov becomes associate director of the Department and will be in charge of the Department section for work with corporate clients. This section carries out searches for warehouse premises in Moscow and Russian regions, represents interests of tenants in negotiations with owners of warehouse complexes, and closes leasing contracts with landlords.

Dmitry Venchkovsky and Anton Repin are also appointed associate directors of the Land and Industrial Warehousing Department, and will head up operations representing interests of warehouse owners. Their main tasks will be development of warehouse real estate business, attracting new clients, and supporting warehouse projects in Moscow and Russian regions.

Evgeniy Tynyanov has over 5 years experience in the warehouse logistics business. He began his professional career with Swiss Realty Group as a warehouse real estate consultant. He was appointed to the same position at Knight Frank in 2005.

Dmitry Venchkovsky started his career in real estate 5 years ago. He worked for Paul’s Yard in 2004-2005 and joined Knight Frank in 2005.

Anton Repin has more than 5 years experience in the real estate business. He has been with Knight Frank since 2004, working in market research, strategic consulting and warehouse and industrial logistics.
