The North-Western Bank of Sberbank Russia included Knight Frank Saint-Petersburg in the list of companies which are competent enough to perform real estate evaluation for the bank’s clients. Sberegatilniy bank is the largest credit institutions of Russia and CIS.
According to Anton Reutov, spearheading the appraisal department at Knight Frank Saint-Petersburg, this is landmark event for Knight Frank. “It is the evidence that the Bank duly has appreciated the professionalism of our experts, high quality and promptness of submitted real estate valuation reports. The appraisal department has been operating at Knight Frank Saint-Petersburg since January 2009.
