 Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences, exclusively presented in Russia by Knight Frank, won four Gold prizes (Best apartments project, Best luxury project, Best ecological project and Best architecture) and a Grand Prix at Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010
Moscow – On April 9, 2010, in the Marriott Grand Hotel in Moscow, the Gala Dinner of Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010 took place. Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences, exclusively presented in Russia by Knight Frank, won Gold in four nominations, and were awarded the Grand Prix of the Awards.

Homes Overseas Russian Awards is the first Russian Awards in Overseas Property launched by Independent Media Sanoma Magazines. The mission of it is to give a new push to the development of overseas property, to create effective ground for professional communication. It provides wide range of marketing opportunities to all of the participants.
In the course of the Award the current overseas property projects will be assessed. The best among them will be awarded with the Gold, Silver or Bronze prize of Homes Overseas Russian Awards. Besides that, one of the projects was awarded with a Grand Prix. It is a special Award, given by a special decision of the Jury. Overall, 250 applications from 65 companies were received. The Jury, consisting of overseas property experts and the representatives of the sponsors, chose 39 projects from 36 companies that became nominees.
