Clients acclaim levels of professionalism at the Valuation Department of Knight Frank

In April Knight Frank carried out a customer satisfaction survey to review performance of the company’s Valuation Department.

The review was conducted by telephone. Results showed that a large majority of clients were highly satisfied with the services they had received from the Valuation Department.

Specifically, 86% of respondents rated the services provided by their personal consultant as “excellent”, 81% said that deadlines were met, and 77% gave a top rating to the quality of reports by the Department (design of reports was also approved by 77% of respondents). Nearly all respondents plan to continue working with Knight Frank’s Valuation Department in the future and will recommend its services to their partners.

These findings confirm the high quality of services provided by the Department, and the efficiency and professionalism of its consultants. These factors are particularly important in the current difficult market environment.
