On the 23rd of September Knight Frank is organizing the 4th annual conference on warehousing and industrial real estate market in Ritz Carlton Hotel in Moscow. This year the main theme of the conference will focus predominantly on alternative business solutions that become increasingly available – techno parks and industrial parks, B2S and land development opportunities, as well as the perspectives of the warehousing market developments.
During the recent years, Knight Frank has been reassuringly confident in holding its leading position on the warehousing and industrial market. It has become something of a tradition for the company to hold conferences every fall and this is the fourth consecutive year for the event to take place and offer its participants a rare opportunity of having an open dialogue with the main market players.
The framework of the discussion will aim primarily at reflecting the current market trends. Some of the key market players, including property developers, investors, financing institutions, logistics service providers and large warehousing tenants, will present their views on the current situation on the Russian market and will take part in the questions and answers session following the presentation and allowing the audience to address specific issues and raise some of the uncovered questions.
Knight Frank’s foreign expertise and global experiences this time will be shared by company’s associates from Germany and India who will explain the developments and trends on the Russian market as part of an increasingly globalised world economy. Main forces behind the market developments in the past five years will require special attention. The second part of the conference will be conducted in the form of discussion between conference speakers and guests and the finishing session will conclude by presenting some case studies that will show the international as well as Russian experience in property developments.
Expected audience consists of property developers, investors, representatives of financing institutions, logistics service providers and some of the largest warehousing tenants.
