Nowadays prime quality property market in Russia remains attractive for both international and Russian investors. With Mr. Davids's appointment Director of Capital Markets Russia and CIS, the management of the company seeks to enhance investment consultancy activity and believes that Mr Davids's seasoned expertise and business qualities will be one of the strongest competitive advantages at the investment consultancy market.
Heiko Davids's career started in Kauffman Bank in 1985. In 1996 he received an MBA degree at the University of Hamburg. From 1999 to 2004 M Davids worked in the sphere of investment consulting in Hamburg and Moscow with one of the leading international companies. Mr. Davids was heavily involved in the construction of Warner Brothers' office. With his direct assistance a scheme for providing consultancy services to Siemens was successfully developed.
Mr. Davids commented on his appointment:

This has contributed to the development of the key industries of the Russian economy and the global market.
